In this new weekly class, we’ll start with a flow — to warm up and release. Then practice skills, drills, and sequences to build the strength and technique you need for inverting (Handstands + Forearm Balance) or creating shapes (Arm Balances). Whether you are new to inversions or refining your alignment and skills, come with curiosity and an open mind. Leave with a stronger foundation for taking flight. Each Flow + Fly class will have a specific focus. Building towards handstands, arm or forearm balances, and shapes like grasshopper and flying splits.
