Down Dog Days of Summer 30-Day Yoga Challenge

Complete 26 classes in 30 days and challenge yourself to stay consistent, energized, and connected all summer long. 

Full Circle Yoga offers 50+ classes each week that you are eligible to take to count towards your 26. Live Stream classes and Replay classes will count towards the final number. There is no limit to how many classes you can take in a day. Explore the benefits of a regular, consistent yoga practice and reap the rewards of feeling your personal best.

The studio tracks your attendance, so all you have to do is sign up and show up! You may take any combination of classes, and you may attend more than one class per day if you choose.
