Join us for a special Hot Flow for brides-to-be and their closest friends. With an emphasis on returning to yourself, not changing yourself, during a season that can feel overwhelming.

We’ll move through a feel-good hot flow, incorporating a custom essential oil blend — made specially for FCY brides — throughout the practice. Made with the highest quality doTERRA oils, featuring notes of lavender, cedarwood, black spruce, wild orange, bergamot, and more. Relaxing, grounding, and uplifting — with a limited supply available for purchase.

Arrive at 11:45 am for hydration and light pre-flow snacks. After class, we’ll walk next door to The Bridal Finery for mocktails, iced coffee, and inspiration.

Bring a bestie or come solo. Meet new friends in their bridal era! Please bring your mat, a mat towel (available to rent), and a water bottle.
