

Christine Northcote
OUR FEARLESS LEADER, OWNER & INSTRUCTORChristine has owned and led Full Circle Yoga since 2009. She started practicing yoga in the late 90’s in Southern California and eventually brought her passion home to Winter Park. She has trained hundreds of yoga teachers and created FCY’s 6-step mountain approach that our teachers follow today. She is known for her intelligent sequencing and creative, smooth transitions. She pours her heart and energy into the studio and the classes she leads. When you flow with her, expect motivating, clear and concise instruction throughout a progressive, vinyasa-based journey that feels more like an experience than it does a class. She emphasizes the high-vibration commitment we make every time we step on the mat, encouraging mindfulness and prioritizes breathing as the feature of every practice.

Elizabeth Bliach
MANAGER, LEAD YTT TRAINER & INSTRUCTORElizabeth is loved at FCY for her big heart and passion for yoga. Yoga empowers her with strength, flexibility, and resilience, helping her positively approach challenges. Practicing at FCY gives Elizabeth the creativity to be her authentic self. When taking a class with Elizabeth, you can expect an energizing flow, dynamic transitions, and invigorating challenges to stay calm in your body and mind. After her classes, you will leave your mat feeling light, happy, and free!

Kelsey Uhl
COMMUNICATIONS & STUDIO SUPPORTFor Kelsey, practicing yoga is a chance to reconnect with her calmest self and breathe through transitions and change. Working with the students and teachers at FCY helps her connect to her creativity, authentic self, and a supportive community. The studio is a space of solace, warmth, and growth. She loves capturing the magic of FCY and sharing it with long-time members and newcomers, fostering a welcoming and connected community.

Off the mat: Kelsey enjoys the dog beach with her lab and spending time with family.

Tasha Colquhoun
INSTRUCTOR & STUDIO SUPPORTYoga allows Tasha to slow down, connect to her breath, and move through life with ease. FCY has been her “OM” away from home and appreciates the supportive community. In Tasha’s classes, you can expect thoughtful transitions, plenty of modifications for all levels, and fun music. Coming from a dancing background, she loves all types of flows.

Jim Highland
INSTRUCTORAfter his first few practices at Full Circle Yoga, Jim realized that yoga was much more than a workout. It was the perfect blend of effort, compassion, and surrender—exactly what he was seeking. A graduate of the FCY Teacher Training, Jim’s instruction is patient and lighthearted. In his classes, he creates a well-blended tonic of stillness and energy that will leave you feeling like your true, bright, and balanced self.

Sarah Burnett
INSTRUCTORYoga allows Sarah to tune out the external world of business, to-do lists, social conditioning, and formalities—giving her 60 minutes to tune into her internal world. Yoga at Full Circle drops her into a moving meditation where she’s free to flow in body and mind. In Sarah’s classes, you can expect a balanced flow, delicious aromas, and a deeply relaxing guided savasana.

Cindy Ichikawa
INSTRUCTOR & YTT CONTRIBUTORCindy loves yoga because of the clarity of mind it provides, as well as the physical benefits such as core strengthening and stretching. She takes pride in helping early birds feel revitalized and ready for the day. In Cindy’s classes, you can expect a little core, stretching, and the best playlists!

Cristin Repasky

Asha Morales
INSTRUCTORYoga helps Asha peel back the layers to connect with her purest self. It helps her feel healthy, balanced, and connected. In her classes, you can expect a moving meditation to get you out of your head and into your body, a progressive and thoughtful sequence of poses.

Bianca Khoury
INSTRUCTORFor Bianca, yoga brings peace and balance mentally, while working her body physically. She loves sharing her passion for the practice with students. In her classes, you can expect longer flows, core work, and focus on alignment.

Off the mat: Bianca is busy running Urban Perch with her husband; designing and selling custom homes, or with her kids on Park Ave, or at one of their many sports games/practices.

Arjun Dhingra
INSTRUCTORFor Arjun, yoga slows down the electricity in his brain. In his classes, you can expect a focus on breathwork to guide you through the practice, a fun and simple yet challenging sequence of poses, and to leave the mat feeling lighter, more open, and refreshed.
Classes on the schedule: Hot Flow with influence from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga.
Off the mat: Arjun is on the slopes, in the water, or working as a vascular surgery PA.

Adriana Babler
INSTRUCTORAdriana creates a nurturing and comfortable environment where students can learn and feel inspired. She loves to combine many different disciplines into a stimulating and fun workout. Students can expect to be energized, build strength, and improve balance and flexibility.

Off the mat: Adriana is a certified doula, midwife assistant, and mother of four boys.

Danielle LeBlanc

Camila Figueiredo
INSTRUCTORYoga reminds Camila to slow down, breathe, and stay grounded in the present moment. In Camila’s classes, you can expect breathwork and mindfulness to be woven into the practice, a focus on intuitive movement, and a blend of relaxation and challenge.

Ashley Heafy
INSTRUCTORYoga helps Ashley balance her monkey mind on and off the mat. She loves teaching at FCY because the community is friendly, supportive, and grows with you. In Ashley’s classes, you can expect to use props (no matter your level!), play, and a whole lot of indie jams.

Kelly Fowler
INSTRUCTORYoga keeps Kelly grounded and present. In all its forms, yoga is a humbling practice and provides the space to find peace and acceptance in the moment. In Kelly’s classes, you can expect unique sequences to challenge the body and mind, a great soundtrack, and variations for all levels.

Melissa Davis
KIDS PROGRAMMINGYoga helps Melissa calm her mind and soul while keeping her body agile and strong. For her, FCY feels like a family because of all of the love and support. In Melissa’s classes, you can expect to have fun, a lighthearted flow, and good attention to form.

Frank de la Cruz
YTT PHILOSOPHY INSTRUCTORFrank has been teaching Hatha yoga in the Central Florida area since 2012. He believes that yoga is for everyBODY! Frank has been heavily focused on teaching yogic philosophy and history. His main focus is on the practical aspects of applying yogic philosophy to everyday life.
Frank teaches: Philosophy for FCY's Yoga Teacher Training program.

Katy Gallagher
STUDIO SUPPORTKaty practices yoga to stay healthy—and because you can do it anywhere. She loves working at the studio because of the great energy from teachers and students—and because it feels like a second home.

Off the mat: Katy keeps busy as a mom and a 3rd-grade teacher assistant.

Lindsey Sherrill

FCY MASCOT & GREETEROscar is an eleven year old Pomeranian who can be found greeting yogis before and after class, and sometimes sleeping on the job. He provides pet therapy after yoga therapy!
