What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient and refined system for bettering your overall health—both physical and mental health. By connecting breath with movement, the mind and body are involved in the practice, which can create a deep effect on the entire psychophysical structure.

Are Full Circle Yoga classes vigorous?

Yes, most of our class options are vigorous with varying degrees of challenge. You can expect to work up a sweat in our flow style classes (whether heated or not). We do have lighter options that are NOT vigorous. See our Classes page.

Are all classes Hot?

No. MANY of our classes are heated in the low to mid 90’s with infrared heat (see benefits here). All heated classes are labeled HOT in the name. If it doesn’t say hot in the class name then it is not heated.

What is special about infrared heat?

We invested in our heaters for many reasons! Unlike forced air heating systems, our infrared heating panels provide a healthier heat- they do not blow dust or allergens. They can provide therapeutic relief; Our infrared heaters produce radiant heat waves like the sun ~ transferring warmth to the body, gently increasing circulation providing pain relief. Our heaters do not release any emissions, chemicals or pollutants.

What if I am not flexible?

Do not worry! Come as you are. Our bodies were meant to move, so with consistency, it will not be long before you notice how well your body is responding to your yoga practice.

How often do I need to do Yoga to benefit?

Everyone is different, so it depends on your lifestyle and goals. As with any activity or goal that you hope to make strides with, shoot for consistency, the more often, the greater the benefits. Three or more times a week is recommended for optimal results.

Which class should I take?

We offer a wide range of classes so you can get what you need on any given day from your yoga. Keep in mind there will be options in all of our classes to modify poses, use props, and also to take further variations of postures. Please see our Classes page. If you still have questions, email us at  [email protected] or use our text only line, 407-863-6236.

Yes, class packages have expiration dates ranging from 3 months to 1 year.  Keep in mind that the expiration date is based on the date you begin using your package NOT the date you purchase it.

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

We recommend that you pre-register. Walk-ins are accepted if the class is not full. To pre-register, visit our online schedule and click “Sign Up Now.” Then simply follow the steps to register and pay. Studio Etiquette

  • We ask that you arrive on time and stay for the duration of class. As a courtesy to all students, please do not leave during final relaxation.
  • To minimize distractions for all, please do not talk during class. We also ask that you silence your cell phone, they are not allowed in the practice area.
  • To promote cleanliness, please wipe down all rented or borrowed props with the provided cleaner and rags and drop them in the rag drop before you leave. For the safety of others walking toward the exit, please also wipe around your mat space after class before you leave.
  • Our studio is spacious, however some classes fill up, so we ask that students cooperate when asked to move their mat to a marker to make space for their neighbors.
