on exploring the chakras. Experience asana, pranayama, meditation, and
mantra specifically chosen for each of the seven chakras.
Chakras are powerful
energy centers in the body, each intimately connected with specific
emotions (e.g. safety, creativity, power, open-heartedness). Through
the challenges of life, we often unknowingly create physical and
emotional blocks in these centers, closing ourselves off from feeling
fully alive. Yoga can access these areas.

TEACHER
A 500-hour Kripalu
Yoga teacher, Larissa Carlson is Manager of Yoga Education for
Kripalu’s Institute for Extraordinary Living. Larissa travels the
country teaching yoga workshps and trainings, and is creator of the
CDs: A Sadhana for Teachers, and Meditative Yoga Flow: A Kripalu

COST
$45 for this Chakra workshop. If you also register
for Larissa's three-session Pranayama workshop on Friday and Saturday,
June 5-6, the cost is $160 (the Pranayama workshop by itself is

REGISTRATION
You may register by phone (407-644-3288) with a credit card (MC or
Visa), or you will need to submit a registration form with a check or
credit card information at the studio or via mail. For a

POLICIES
* Full payment due upon registration.
* A cancellation fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund if
a student cancels the Chakra Workshop, or $25 for the Pranayama
workshop, or $30 for the full weekend.
* After Sunday, May 24, the cancellation fee for the Chakra workshop
will go up to $15, for the Pranayama Workshop will go up to
$35, and for the full weekend it goes up to
$40.
* After Tuesday, June 2, no refunds for any reason.
* There are no exceptions to the above policies.
* We will send an email confirmation upon receipt of your
registration. |
